Our Deep Clean Post Remodel service is designed for vacation rental owners who have recently completed renovations and need a thorough cleaning to remove dust, residue, and debris left behind by construction. Remodeling transforms your property, but it also spreads fine particles that settle on every surface. This service ensures your home is refreshed, sanitized, and ready for guests or professional staging. A Post Remodel Deep Clean reaches the areas that regular cleaning cannot fully address. We remove construction dust from high and low surfaces, detail all fixtures, clean inside cabinets and drawers, and restore your updated space to a spotless finish. After you submit your booking, our team will review the details and send you a personalized estimate before scheduling. Every remodel is different, and this process ensures accurate pricing and proper planning. What is Included: • Removal of construction dust from floors, baseboards, trim, vents, ceiling fans, and light fixtures • Deep cleaning of windows, window sills, tracks, and interior glass • Wiping and sanitizing of all surfaces including furniture, shelving, decor, and countertops • Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and closets to eliminate post remodel residue • Detailed bathroom cleaning including tile, grout, fixtures, tubs, and shower walls • Full kitchen detail including cabinets inside and out, appliances, backsplash, and sink polishing • Thorough vacuuming and mopping of all floors with attention to edges and corners • Cleaning behind and under furniture and appliances where accessible • Removal of paint dust, debris, and light contractor residue • Touch up cleaning of doors, walls, and newly installed hardware where possible • Patio or balcony detail (if applicable) A Post Remodel Deep Clean ensures your property looks polished, refreshed, and professionally finished. This level of care protects your investment by preventing dust from settling into vents, surfaces, and flooring, helping your updated space maintain its new appearance. To help us prepare properly, please include any special instructions in your booking notes such as sensitive materials, areas of concern, property access instructions, parking instructions or restricted areas. Once your booking is reviewed, you will receive your custom estimate and confirmation. Our goal is to deliver a beautifully renewed property that reflects the quality of your upgrades and is fully ready for guests.


Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking with us, you agree to the following terms: 1) If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours after your cleaning and we will be happy to send the same cleaners again to fix the issues free of charge. We do not offer any refunds once the cleaners start cleaning. We do not accept any complaints more than 24 hours after your cleaning date. 2) If your property is found in a very poor condition (damages to property/belongings, leftover food, dirty dishes, mold, pets pee/feces, splatters on the walls, etc). We will notify you immediately with photos. We reserve the right to adjust the price once we see the property's condition. We will always ask for your approval before we add any additional price. If you do not approve any additional price then we will only do the best we can and we will not be able to come back for a free re-clean. This only applies to properties left in horrible condition. 3) There is a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee if the booking is canceled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. If the cleaners are already driving to your home (usually an hour prior to your booked time) then there is a $75 cancellation fee. 4) Booking deposit is non-refundable.
