Service Description

Our Deep Clean service is a comprehensive, high detail cleaning designed for vacation rental owners who want every part of their property refreshed, sanitized, and restored to its highest standard. This service goes far beyond a standard turnover and is ideal for seasonal resets, post construction touch ups, neglected areas, or anytime your property needs a full rejuvenation. A Deep Clean focuses on the areas that are often overlooked during regular turnovers, ensuring your home looks, feels, and smells exceptionally clean for you and your guests. It is also highly recommended before onboarding a new property into your rental program. After you submit your booking, our team will review the details and send you a personalized estimate for approval before scheduling. Each property is unique, and this process ensures accurate pricing and proper planning. What is Included: • Full cleaning of all rooms and high touch surfaces • Detailed baseboard, molding, trim, and door frame cleaning • Deep scrubbing of bathrooms including grout, tile, tubs, and shower walls • Full kitchen detail including cabinets inside and out, appliances, backsplash, and oven upon request • Cleaning behind and under furniture, appliances, and decor where accessible • Dusting of vents, ceiling fans, wall art, ledges, and light fixtures • Window tracks, sliders, and interior glass cleaning • Complete surface sanitizing and polishing • Thorough vacuuming and mopping of all floors, including edges and corners • Patio and balcony detail if applicable • Spot cleaning of walls and touch up where possible • Refreshing of furniture, soft surfaces, and general staging A Deep Clean helps maintain property value, extends the longevity of furnishings and appliances, and ensures your guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. To help us prepare properly, please include any special instructions or property specific details in the booking notes such as preferred areas of concern, locked closets, property access, or anything unique to your home. Our goal is to deliver a spotless, refreshed property that meets the highest standards of hospitality. Once your booking is reviewed, you will receive your custom estimate and confirmation.


Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking with us, you agree to the following terms: 1) If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours after your cleaning and we will be happy to send the same cleaners again to fix the issues free of charge. We do not offer any refunds once the cleaners start cleaning. We do not accept any complaints more than 24 hours after your cleaning date. 2) If your property is found in a very poor condition (damages to property/belongings, leftover food, dirty dishes, mold, pets pee/feces, splatters on the walls, etc). We will notify you immediately with photos. We reserve the right to adjust the price once we see the property's condition. We will always ask for your approval before we add any additional price. If you do not approve any additional price then we will only do the best we can and we will not be able to come back for a free re-clean. This only applies to properties left in horrible condition. 3) There is a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee if the booking is canceled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. If the cleaners are already driving to your home (usually an hour prior to your booked time) then there is a $75 cancellation fee. 4) Booking deposit is non-refundable.
